Kenya has 55m people. In addition to being half of Tanzania people live in only 30% of the country meaning less roads to maintain.
Fewer hospitals and dysfunctional, fewer Civil Servants,
Bigger public debt, fewer projects from exchequer.
So why is Kenya's Budget consistently 30% bigger 4.7Trillon versus Tanzania 3.0 Trillion?
I can't think of a logical explanation
