📌 Selangor MB Amirudin Shari has outlined procedures for handling houses of worship built without approval in the state, prohibiting any self-enforcement.

For private land:

• Owners must lodge a police report, and if proven, the prosecution process for the offense of trespassing will begin.

• Send a notice to the intruders and officially inform the District Office.

• The District Security Committee (JKD), acting as the mediator, will summon all parties to reach a reasonable resolution.

• If this process does not yield results, the JKD will advise the landowners to obtain a court order before any eviction or demolition.

For state land:

• Local councils must act lawfully, ensuring that evictions maintain racial harmony.
