Earlier today, I tested positive for COVID-19 after developing symptoms. Therefore, I will be self-isolating and will be unable to attend remembrance events this weekend and on 11th.
Please follow the rules and think Hands, Face, Space.
Longcroft becomes a 2020/2021 Music Mark School! Congratulations to Mrs Harris and her team on being recognised by our local Music Hub which recommended that Longcroft become an @ABRSM sponsored Music Mark School.
We have all endured so much in the past few months, but we must now act as one so that we can enjoy the relative normality we have today.
Please watch this short message from me explaining what can be done to avoid further restrictions.

COVID-19 Update
Beverley and wider East Riding is reaching a tipping point. If we don’t work together and follow the rules, further restrictions could be introduced to slow the spread of the virus. These could then remain in place for a number of months. https://t.co/E1iGJq3uuP
I attended a reception to mark 80 years since the end of Battle of Britain at DST Leconfield last night. Brilliant evening with a fascinating vignette by expert Chris Wren. There was also a breathtaking fly past by a spitfire!
Today is emergency service day and it is important to pause and remember those who are sadly no longer with us. On behalf of the whole town, I’d like to thank all emergency service staff for their bravery and dedication. #999Day
Today I paid a visit to Beverley Guidhall! It’s open to the public again 10am-4pm Wednesdays and Fridays. Enjoy a fascinating glimpse into Beverley’s history!
