@Hertz I’ve been waiting for a resolution regarding my recent rental experience (ant infestation, nail in tire, dirty car). A $50 certificate doesn’t address the issue, this experience is awful! Can we please resolve this? #CustomerService#HertzSucks go @enterprisecares instead
