@MyLittleBloggie I learned it when I was with the Lake Elmo Fire Dept. Must have been some forward thinking County Planners back then that came up with the system.

@MyLittleBloggie Generally…Oakdale is about 8 miles to the Capitol…The letter H is the 8th letter. Lake Elmo gets I - L. About 9 - 12 miles out. And Manning would be 13, etc.
