One member of Congress doesn’t have the power over carbon capture projects in Louisiana that you think they do, in my opinion. I don’t consider carbon in the atmosphere is a real problem but if it exists, seems like econ develop

@LacagOrg @RandheeDell I’m voting for him. I just don’t buy his election as playing any realistic role in carbon capture in LA. He can author the bill now and get one of our delegation to introduce it. I don’t see how one senator’s election makes that a bill that makes it through Congress.
