‘Russell Westbrook Enterprises’ was prominently featured on signage at the MAPS 4 Multipurpose Stadium groundbreaking.
A review of Oklahoma Secretary of State records shows Russell Westbrook Enterprises, Inc. listed as a Foreign For Profit Business Corporation with a status of “OTC” and marked “Legal Expired.”
The Secretary of State database defines OTC as a domestic or foreign corporation that has not complied with Oklahoma tax requirements.
Can someone explain how an entity carrying this status is involved in a publicly funded MAPS 4 project? A separate entity with a DBA seems highly unlikely.
Oklahoma City leaders broke ground today on the $121-million MAPS 4 Multipurpose Stadium. The new stadium is scheduled to open in 2028 and will anchor a new sports and entertainment district just south of Bricktown.
One of the best hires @LittleRockBSB has made was bringing @MattParker37 aboard and name him recruiting coordinator..He is a big time time coach/person who just wins! Two years later the Trojans are Super Regional bound! I’ll be pulling for you my friend!
