Sgt. Maj. Ray Kinney, assigned to 1st Squadron, 108th Cavalry Regiment (Roughriders) was promoted during a ceremony held at Fort Stewart during the units pre mobilization training. He gave the honor of pinning on his new rank to his wife and his father.
