Purely technical traders always sell too early, because they have no conviction. They don't know what they own. Stock goes up +10-20% & they sell. Stock winds up +100-200% higher months later. The best stock-pickers are contextual: technicals, fundamentals & thematics in unison.

Just got off the phone with Fidelity. To participate in the $SPCX IPO, you must fill out an indication of interest form (not available yet) and have $500k+ in assets with Fidelity in brokerage accounts to be eligible. You do not need $500k+ in a personal trading account, just $500k+ across all your brokerage accounts. When you fill out the form with your requested purchase amount, those funds must be liquid and not tied up in other stocks.
Hope this helps and good luck all!
I didn’t post about this before the S-1 was filed because I didn’t want to be a Negative Nancy, and I hoped my intuition was wrong.
But now that we’re getting details this is actually exactly what I expected. No tangible benefit for retail, zero benefit for LT $TSLA holders.
Elon Musk reveals the brutal math behind why a single hour of his time is worth $100 million
"Tesla this year will do over $100 billion in revenue, so that's $2 billion a week. If I make slightly better decisions I can affect the outcome by a billion dollars. The marginal value of a better decision can easily be in the course of an hour $100 million"
"You have to look at it on a percentage basis. If you look at it in absolute terms, I would never get any sleep. I'd just keep working and work my brain hotter, trying to get as much as possible out of this meat computer"
