We DO NOT support a separate colony for slaves in Africa. It deflects the responsibility of reforming our own country. It is a priority to focus our efforts on internal affairs instead of quick fixes. Support legislation that provides education to slaves in the south.

Even though we have ended the importation of slaves to the United States, the internal slave trade is THRIVING. We must work to END this horrible practice. It divides families and treats humans like animals. It is immoral to keep the practice in AMERICA!!!

@WExpanders And replaced with the Kansas Nebraska act which permits southern slave owners to influence territories above the 36-30. There are no checks in place on western expansion. There is no way we can support this unless there are restrictions on slavery

@WExpanders Promoting an increase of American Territory will lead to an inevitable conflict. The Missouri Compromise has a really weak foundation. Furthermore, promoting agriculture emboldens the southern to expand into this region and bring their slaves with them.

Do not support @WExpanders. By increasing the United States, we will open land for more agriculture and the cotton industry. Promoting agriculture is a step in the wrong direction. This spreads slavery to new regions and maybe cause conflicts between abolitionists and proslavery
