Only incentives are buying from builder directly using their financing to give you a lower rate which people pay in HOA fees anyways.

Many normalize $800 and more car payments! That doesn’t even include the $200-$300 insurance payment!

They bought high with high interest rates and the banks won’t be able to sell them for what’s owed.

They have to make the money on home buyers hence higher interest rates.

@bad_tits One of the biggest AI data centers called StarGate is being built about an hour plus away and around there there are no less than 60+ travel trailer plots with $100k trucks pulling $150k trailers. They’ll all leave when it’s done.

Hotels are $400+ and not making the area better.

My area is known for organic cotton and there’s 7 people who live within 15+ miles of me including me and my kids lol

@bad_tits Don’t get me wrong here, I’m all about farming, natural ingredients and farm from the whole industrial thing.

They’ve built 1.47 million acres of farm land into solar farms to power AI data centers. They’ve built could have built these anywhere else but they didn’t.
