@DominguezSavon @Jmar86__ @_princesscierra Wishy washy bullshit, conduct yourself intelligently and avoid this situation to begin with. Done with this site everyone here has the mental capacity of a 10 year old. Bye Bye, I wont miss any of you
@ToxicTrell@_princesscierra He was being detained and refused to comply, he had a suspended drivers licence and his car allegedly had a weed odour, the use of force looked scary but cops are allowed to do that. Be smart FFS, this beef between us and the police cannot go on. Twitter is addicted to outrage.
@nighttidebeats@kewaelc@_princesscierra You're an idiot if you think it a good idea to be combative with police, they don't give a fuck about upholding the law so you should treat them as the hazard they are, I value my life over pointless pride, this ain't a movie you have one life, don't lose it over pointless shit.
@mmolyx_mark@_princesscierra As I said, I'm no fan of the police they exist to enforce the law for insurance companies, I would argue he was trying to scare him out of the car rather than having to put his hands on him, I have no idea what you all want him to have done, just let him go since he refused?
@mmolyx_mark@_princesscierra I'm no fan of the police either but throwing a tantrum only puts yourself at risk, not worth it. If he has a family his priority should be returning home to them safely by any means.
@kewaelc@_princesscierra Not back to front but I know how to stay out of trouble, yes officer, no officer and give them your full attention, this looks like clout chasing to me
@Cece78910 @Nuterbut @Squaint @_princesscierra In my opinion, this still doesn't change the fact he should have just complied straight away if he wanted to avoid harm. This is his defence attorneys statement so it is bound to be biased, if he wins we will know its the truth and he will be in for a big payday, I hope he does .
@Jmar86__ @_princesscierra I am fully aware of the situation and its grim to say the least, again if he is being detained he does not have the right to refuse being detained, unfair? sure, but if that were the case the police couldn't do anything.
@TCliette1@_princesscierra I would agree that that is a case of corruption, with this it remains to be seen, I have not found much info on what happened afterwards, but I promise you you are more likely to get killed refusing to follows officers orders than if you do.
@Squaint @_princesscierra I know the police are dangerous which means we have to be smart in every encounter, This man is a perfect example of how not to deal with them, what did you expect him to do, negotiate him out the car and if he refuses let him go?
@Squaint @_princesscierra So what? just ignore the police when you are being detained, I don't understand how you can call this victim blaming, there is only a victim in a crime being committed against someone, I see no crime here just a man getting his ass whooped for failing to comply.
