At the end of the day the only thing they could stick was that she identified herself as a nurse or nurse educator in 4 public communications. That was it. Nothing about her practical care.

It will be next appealed to the BC Supreme Court. We will win.

@dr_jon_l Basic human decency requires you not to compel the speech of other people, demanding they use language which denies what they see with their own eyes. My use of pronouns is sex-based, since gender is merely a social construct of stereotypes of behaviour and presentation.
