Believe it or not college recruiters and MLB scouts won’t mark you down for a bad game. In fact many would welcome the opportunity to see it. See how you handle yourself when things aren’t easy and smooth. They want to see how you handle adversity because at the next level you will be challenged in ways you haven’t been yet if you are in fact good enough to play at the next level.
So instead of feeling embarrassed and thinking it’s the end of the world, step up and rise to the occasion. Show everyone how good you really are when you don’t have your best stuff.
Tony Vitello just gave one of the fiercest postgame press conference openings Ive ever seen.
He was clearly upset with a question from yesterday asking if they lost tonight, would this season be seen as a success.
There was A LOT more involved with this.

Man,
It was awesome to have this DUDE back on campus today. Day 1 of throwing in the books buddy!!! Just the beginning. Austin Warren is the only player in the 109+ year history of our school to have his High School Jersey number retired!!!!
“Until you can play really good long toss, I can’t hold you accountable for commanding the ⚾️ on the mound. All the best pitchers we've had loved long toss and were really good at it. They didn’t all start that way, but they understood what I expected.”

🧵 SHORT THREAD 🧵
After the pandemic, we took a hiatus from hosting any showcase teams at our facility. We aimed for our comeback to be impactful, ensuring that we could devote 100% of our time to our players & their families.
