Our executive chef is a fan of duck. This dish is a Seared Breast of Duck, served with Carrot Purée, Grilled Chives, Sushi Rice and a Fig Sauce. It was a favourite on Fado Night at @amarafaiways - a series of Fado and Jazz evenings not to be missed this Autumn/Winter at AMARA.
