Should Senator Menendez and his wife be in prison?

Below is the Police dashcam/bodycam footage of Senator Bob Menendez’s wife Nadine Arslanian being questioned after she hit a pedestrian, leaving him severely hurt and leading to him losing his life.

Nadine totaled the car in this accident, but was not found liable. After totaling this car, she needed a new vehicle, which ended up being a new Mercedes that was allegedly given to her as part of a bribery conspiracy scheme.

Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, but the more I learn about this story, the more Menendez seems guilty.
