Then ask your child to describe where the apple is, while he is looking at it on a table with other items.
Move & describe it again.

For me, it is accepting I can't do it alone & those I love are here to help me be me & I'm here to help them too.

Many people with ADHD take much longer to fall asleep than non-ADHD'ers.
This reduces our length and quality of sleep, sure, but it can also contribute to intense difficulties waking up or feeling alert in the morning
