It wasn't an ethnic cleansing, becasue no one at that point was indigenous to Falklands. Brits only became natives after living there for few generations

The US consciously made it so NATO would only be about North Atlantic, so that they wouldn't have to fight in colonial wars.

Falklanders are of British ethnicity, idk if you Argies didn't develop it yet. If you didn't why aren't you Chilean?

They are content with their status, which they showed in the referendum that asked them if they want to be more than an overseas territory

@rufiventris @Bocchithebwaa British settlers became indegenous after living them for a few generations, and not having to exterminate other indegenous people first. You never got a hold on the islands, therefore you are an external invading force.
