@AgentJebek @xMercy_CS Aware of this. My reply was stating the fact that it was considered stupid for valve at the time.

Scraping stickers would give them revenue from the tool and community market sales.

@PepeCat20 @xMercy_CS I would like to mention that there are this many ibp holo crafts, plenty to flood the supply. However some of these are inactive and some are already 4x crafts.

With that being said there aren't many in the game full stop.

@xMercy_CS By definition the word commitment can mean a sticker can also have a limited number of applications due to the usage declining. That is still a commitment.

But, that being said, no big deal if they don’t do it

I’m more than happy enough to take a small risk for a larger reward!

It’s just the text on the slabs that changed my judgement. I don’t think it’s an accident. If I’m wrong, hey, I can sell the skins for near what I bought them at a small loss

@xMercy_CS Let’s assume we can remove a sticker once before damaging it;

The sticker would still be fine to reapply but only once more, keeping the sticker supply alive.

As well as changing the « mint grade ».

I see future sticker sales being done in charms in this scenario.

@xMercy_CS They wouldn’t make future sticker sales irrelevant, and I thought this too.

However there’s one of two options if they DO release the sticker tool.

Either you get a one time use before sticker scrapes, or removing a sticker slightly scrapes it.
