@AmericanAir - delays happen. It’s ok. But the key to great customer service is transparency. You do not delay boarding/flight times even though anyone with eyes can see that baggage/catering is not loaded. Stop playing to the stats. Play to your customers. We appreciate you.
@Citi is so bad. They send notices or decline transactions and the only way to recover is to wait on hold for 30+ mins getting transferred from one department to another.

@DFWAirport - please fix the outer curb traffic on Terminal D. Cars are stacked for 20 mins and park in all three lanes waiting for passengers. Inner curb is empty. This is a solvable problem.
