I will say that I am disappointed in Judge Gildea. Just a few weeks ago when Colin was trying to avoid his subpoena by making himself unavailable, Gildea said, "a subpoena has to mean something."

Well, the house defendants/suspects continue to evade and avoid their legal responsibilities. I'm waiting for this judge to take action. So far, he has been all talk.

Yes...I thought it was disrespectful to the lawyers who were mandated to appear and not allowed to even make a record. In part the Massachusetts Trial Court's states that its mission "is to deliver fair, impartial, and timely justice, protect constitutional and statutory rights, and ensure equal access for all in a safe, dignified environment." The question is whether there is "equal access" when no one is allowed to speak?

Yuri Bukhenik is currently on a cruise from Boston to Bermuda making a drunken fool of himself like he always does when he goes out in public. Here he is singing "Proud to be an American" in front of a crowd, despite the fact that he testified that he can barely speak English and his online postings show that his primary allegiance is to Ukraine. The fact that he does this so publicly on a cruise departing from Boston, not realizing that millions of people have seen what a corrupt cop he he is during the Karen Read trial and how he covered for the most racist cop in America, shows how oblivious he is to reality. Wherever these people go they are going to be recognized for all the wrong reasons. They will be branded with the stain of corruption for the rest of their lives.

No matter what her family circumstances are or were at that time - these are human beings and he was in a role where he was paid by Canton taxpayers to protect and serve the community… without bias or prejudice. It seriously feels like there’s an iron dome over Canton that protects certain people from any kind of accountability. No matter what happens, no matter how bad it looks, nobody seems to do a damn thing. At this point, it almost feels like the lack of consequences just encourages more of the same.

It’s honestly wild to watch from the sidelines.
