It's really really fucking cool to finally see my art on social media for this! The circle in the background was generated using the teleportation circle generator from @5eMagic !!
@HowlerrG Common question. Our prices are currently from the Sane Magic Item Pricing (https://t.co/61kPVfFh47), which prices based on value rather than rarity. It's only uncommon, but it reliably keeps you and your allies alive. That's a lot more valuable than legendary Sovereign Glue.
@WebDMshow There is a great website @5eMagic . You can create a shop and your player can visit the shop you create. I let them browse the wares and remove the stock in real time. We just role play the purchases.
@srkrxs Or, to use Saidoro's example, consider the "very rare" one-time-use Potion of Flying.
Compare that with the "uncommon" Winged Boots, which let you do the same thing as the potion, but 4x per day, and at 100th the price.
Saidoro's list isn't flawless, but it's at least coherent.
@srkrxs Totally get it, but that's a value-based pricing concept at work.
Consider a Weapon of Warning, an "uncommon" item that reliably keep you and your allies alive. Compare that with some really good glue that's "legendary" (i.e. Sovereign Glue).
@kgbegoodtome I would love to! A few logistics have to be worked out first, and there's a lot of backend changes to be made to support it, but I'd really like to do even more than that.
A recent discovery @5eMagic needs to be shared! The ForeverDMs and myself have been making use of this amazing set of tools. I decided to back them on patreon. #dnd5e#TTRPG#loot#dungeonsanddragons

@cloudandlight @ttrpgfactory Currently, additional source books are not covered, though that might change in the future. You can always add custom items to shops, though.
@Ghaleonausa Not an uncommon question (even in my own campaign). Prices come from the Sane Magic Item Prices list designed by someone else. Keepers (Patreon supporters) can set their own prices on items if they want, though.

@Ashley_Gozilla Thanks! As for XGtE items, I hope we'll be able to do that, too. It's a highly requested feature (and has been since I requested it myself!), but there are challenges. Keep an eye out, and feel free to add custom items in the meantime.
@PatreonSupport The OAuth API is returning error 405 on auth code requests. It also appears to happen when I try to use Patreon to log in to your dev forum. I'm not seeing it on your status page, so I thought I'd make sure it's on your radar.
I did a "send us a note" already. :)
