We are busy planning our next challenge, which will take place in July 2027. And we thought we'd look back at where it all started with the #5in55 in 2018. Planned by Gareth Jenkins we combined the Welsh and National 3 Peaks and climbed all 5 mountains in just 52 hours.
A year ago was the last day of the #bikeboatboot challenge for @tyhafan. Taking on challenges is just a way of thanking Ty Hafan for caring for us & our children and to ensure more families like ours get the care and support they desperately need

The 3rd day of the #BikeBoatBoot challenge for @tyhafan on 29th June 2024. It was a brutal day of hiking and off-road cycling covering 55 miles in 12 hours climbing 6196 feet. Maybe the toughest day of any challenge. And I loved every minute (well nearly)

Maybe we cannot quite claim this to be 'cycling to work' but it was an off-road, across the mountains, in the wilderness ride to never forget! #CycleToWorkDay

2 weeks ago, 9 men walked into Tŷ Hafan at the end of cycling, hiking and kayaking the length of Wales in just 4-days. The emotion was there for all to see as the team stood in the memorial garden & remembered children they had lost & families still being cared for by the hospice
