5R learned some Mindful Movements with our visitor, Ms. Sam, today! They really enjoyed practicing a special breathing technique while thinking, “I am calm now.” This will be so helpful working through any stress at school or home. Thank you Sam! #rooseveltpride

5R students became teachers today! They taught their kindergarten writing buddies how to create a google slide presentation called, “How To Make A Snowflake.” They were wonderful teachers and role models today. #5Rrockstars #rooseveltpride

During Martin Luther King, Jr.'s last speech he spoke of having been to the mountaintop and seeing the promised land. In honor of MLK, the 5R students created videos that show their mountaintop moment, and what they visualize for a better future...
