Carter as well as being a 'net-zero' zealot of the highest order, has previously been associated to the 'activist' group who attack on the American Embassy in London, 2025.

Carter is Director of two companies based in Mildenhall, GLOBAL JOURNALISM LTD and CENTRE FOR CLIMATE REPORTING LTD - with the addressed being directly opposite RAF Mildenhall....hmmmm.

They are not finding him guilty of any criminal offence, or even saying that the gift was “dodgy”

His bank notified the NCA of the deposit as they are required to do with any large sums like that, that was over two years ago and no criminal charges have followed.

It’s not difficult to work out what is going on here.
