Whichever booking platform builds a API key that can connect to AI first, get my money and I don’t mean through zapier.

Dude was a real strange guy tbh. Idek if those statements were legit but he talked about mutual funds endlessly when he would see me 🤷

Nothing beats hiring a cleaner who:

Clock ins on time
Completed a checklist in full
And uploads high quality photos of her 1st clean.

Things are finally calming down for our cleaning business. Over the past month we have had:

Double digit no shows from our team
90% of the team quitting
Client loss as a result
And failed with our first attempt at hiring a sales person

I decided I’m not going to just hide until life’s better. I’ve always been transparent and showing that in these times is just as important as sharing the wins.

God and my teams ability to problem solve, will lead us through this.

To top that we started 2 new commercial starts a week before hell broke loose and both of those are gone.

Both had issues with prior cleaning biz swapping cleaners and here we were week 2 swapping cleaners.

It’s really just been a mess every single day.

Cleaner just agreed to 3 less dollars an hour just so she can make .60 cent a mile and her average travel is 8 miles lol.

Cannot make these things up.

Cleaner said she wasn’t happy because we aren’t paying her millage and she may look for work.

Asked her how we can get her to stay and this is what she wanted us to agree to.

What would you do if they are demanding less money? Lol

Again you’re doing 6 figures a month so you are the expert for sure. It’s dope to know that’s where our community is at though so I can go make more cash lbs

@pjmcgeary @remotecleanguy @cleaningbizguy Oh im cleaning brother! That’s why im shocked. We do 3 bed 3 baths 2700 sqft in 4 hours with 2 cleaners at $25 an hour each that’s $200 in labor.

From there it’s on you and me as business owners to decide how much profit we want. Clean is done for $200 regardless.

Probably need to raise my prices asap. No shade on you guys at all. We are trying to get like you all lol.
