Keir Starmer (working for free, 2007) teamed with Lord Hermer (now Attorney General) and disgraced lawyer Phil Shiner on a case that extended human rights rules to British troops in Iraq.

Critically, this was NOT cab-rank, meaning he did not need to take the case.

@jessgill03 I don't agree, continuous generations have been betrayed. Manifestos sold to install parties have not been for filled. Plus,endless printing money, bailing out banks, paying for foreign wars etc.we didn't want, plus mass immigration all of which has inflated property prices.
