Most people know about the Glass Ceiling.
Far fewer talk about the Glass Floor, or the Glass Wall.
In his provocative essay The Glass Floor and the Glass Wall, published in New Male Studies, Tim Goldich asks us to look not only up at society’s most powerful positions, but down at its most dangerous and undesirable ones:

The same social structures that historically constrained women’s rise to the top, Goldich argues, also helped insulate women from the very bottom: mine shafts, prison cells, foxholes, homelessness and hazardous labour.
Look at the whole pyramid and a vastly different picture emerges...
Men have disproportionately occupied both extremes: the boardroom at the top, but also the battlefield, prison, dangerous workplace and street at the bottom.
Goldich captures the asymmetry memorably:
“For every one CEO there have been many POWs.”
Then there is the Glass Wall: men looking into a world of intimacy, vulnerability, home, family, parenting and belonging, while traditionally being expected to earn their value through providing, protecting, performing and achieving.
Goldich’s argument isn't that women have had it easy. It's that removing the ceiling while ignoring the floor and wall cannot give us the whole story of gender equality...
Perhaps his most powerful observation is this:
“The opposite of love isn’t hate: it is indifference.”
We readily notice the small number of elite men at the top. But how often do we notice the vastly greater number of men carrying burdens at the bottom?
The image says it beautifully: "never settle for less".
But also remember who makes it possible for you to have more...

We live in a society where women want to be PROVIDED for by men...
While also COMPETING with those same men for the very resources they expect to be provided with.
Basically, Men have to be provider to the same women they're competing for jobs with in 2026.
The old deal was
Men compete with other men for resources winner gets to provide for women and children.
Women weren't in that competition. The roles were separated. Provider / Provided for.
The new deal in 2026 is:
Women are now IN the competition, competing directly with men for the same jobs, promotions, houses, status.
But the old expectation didn't disappear. Many women still want a man who earns more than them, pays for dates, pays rent, protects, provides.
So from a man's perspective it feels like this:
"I'm fighting you for the same job. If you get it and I don't, I have less money. But you still expect me to have MORE money than you to date you.
I'm supposed to provide for the same person who just out-competed me for the resources I'm supposed to provide with.
It's basically two value systems running at the same time:
Modern egalitarian system in the workplace: "We are equals, may the best person win."
Traditional hypergamous system in dating: "The man should be above me financially."
When you run both systems at once, the man feels like he's playing a game where he can lose twice.
If he loses the job to her, he's broke. If he wins the job, he's called privileged. Either way, he's still expected to pay.
Thats the point I am trying to make. Your opinions are welcome.
Levels of wealth:
I have enough…
…for emergencies ($10k)
…for food & shelter ($30k)
…to invest ($100k)
…to survive on passively ($1M)
…to retire on comfortably ($4M)
…to live like the 1% passively ($20M)
…to live like an asshole ($100M)
Everything else is Monopoly money.
As a man, you feel like you aren’t part of society. You watch women get promotions, take vacations, weirdly always have someone to date, buy houses, and run around with all their friends. Men are just left to work, come home after work, and kind of do their thing. Something is wrong here.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH for saying it.
For the first time in the lives of modern women, they're TRAPPED by responsibility the way every man has been trapped since he was 18.
Becoming a mother is the FIRST time in most modern women's lives that they realize the world doesn't revolve around what THEY want to do.
That for once, someone needs THEM more than they need their freedom, their sleep, their body back, their brunch, their "healing era."
They can't block their baby.
They can't divorce their baby.
They can't ghost their baby like they ghosted every man who actually loved them.
They can't say "this is toxic" and walk away.
That baby doesn't care about their career. Doesn't care about their mental health aesthetic. Doesn't care that they're tired. That baby needs them every 2 hours, every day, with no days off.
And they can't handle it.
modern women were taught they can quit ANYTHING. Quit a job, quit a relationship, quit a family, quit a commitment - and be called brave for it.
But you can't quit motherhood. The baby is still there screaming.
So now they need an exit story. Kill the child and call it "Postpartum." "I wasn't myself." "I need support, not judgment."
That's why they defend Lindsay Clancy.

1. Is this author jewish?
2. If a white European has a child with a sub Saharan African, how many IQ points, on average, will the child be, BELOW the white parent?
3. On average, what lifestyle detriments occur from a 1 SD IQ drop?

And you wonder why birth rates are collapsing.
You gave 140,000 jobs to a gender that is KNOWN to hoard their money, and you gave 4,000 jobs to the gender that is wired to distribute his wealth.
You cannot build a nation by making the men broke and the women rich. Broke men cannot marry. Rich women will not marry.
That is how you kill a country.
Think about it.
When a man gets money, what does he do? He finds a broke woman, marries her, feeds her, houses her, and starts a family with her. His money creates a family. His money creates children. His money creates a future.
When a woman gets money, what does she do? She does not marry down. She will never help a broke man financially. She will save it, travel with it, buy bags with it, and then say "I don't need a man." Her money dies with her. It creates nothing.
So what will those 140,000 women do with those jobs? They will not create families. They will have less time for motherhood, less time for marriage, higher standards, and zero desire to build with a man.
You took jobs away from the PROVIDERS and gave them to the CONSUMERS and then you are shocked that no families are being formed.
No country on earth will see its birth rate go up when the providers get less jobs than the consumers.
Nick Fuentes is HORRIFIED that America is becoming a non-white country
“Whites are the most beautiful race, and the world gets uglier without it… We’re just stuck with all these edgars and niglets and f*cking jeets.” 😂
Nick Fuentes breaks down why race realism matters
"It's not a coincidence that black people here and black people in the Caribbean and black people in Africa… are all unsuccessful because their average IQ is 75."
Nick Fuentes explains why women are the #1 political enemy. Lindsay Clancy & women who defend her are prime examples of this.
"It's time for men to put their foot down & say enough is enough."
This is one of the best monologues Nick has ever done.
FLASHBACK: Nick says only gay men enjoy the company of women.
"Straight men have sex with women, gay men are best friends with women: understand the difference."
Everyone blames the "economy" for why both parents have to work, but nobody wants to talk about what actually caused it.
When feminism pushed women into the workforce, the labor supply doubled. Basic economics tells you what happens when supply doubles, the price drops. Wages stagnated because employers suddenly had twice as many workers competing for jobs.
What used to take one income now requires two. And instead of one parent being home with the children, both parents are working, both are exhausted, and they're paying a third of their combined income to daycare so that strangers can raise their kids.
Feminism didn't give women freedom. It gave corporations access to a whole new labor pool and drove down wages for everyone. Now families can't survive on one income, and feminists call that "equality."
The cost of living crisis is a feminism crisis.
Modern marriage scares men because the rules are not fair.
A man can build a whole life, provide, protect, and sacrifice for years.
Then one day she wakes up and says, “I am not happy,” and decides to leave the marriage.
Then she takes half of what he worked for, and society claps for her like she won a trophy.
That is why men delay marriage, not because men hate commitment, but because men are tired of signing contracts where the other person is rewarded for breaking it.
Marriage today is not about love, it is about risk management.
And smart men are reading the fine print.
