Feb 2026: 62 kg less

Things I did was cutting white rice consumption, changing diet to oatmeals and bread every morning. No meals on lunch.

Plus being a runner 🏃 and home workouts for Wed and Saturdays.

Wasn’t easy giving up rice at first but I made it.
