@JJSharpers My experience shows it differs depending who the sgts & Insp are. Adjusted duties officer, full support for 8 yrs. New Insp and total grief, constantly getting HR involved pushing for redeployment and or IHR.
20 months of hell. New gaffer and support returns. HR back off.

Normally the FED would collate and do this as a class action on our behalf... who is gonna do this now...the courts won't want 10s of thousands individual claims

@DonnaDlm71 I recall fed reps who were fully protected - saying be careful what you wish for. We fought to get a good deal for some - if it's challenged, the gov could remove the lot !!
What they meant is - we are OK with our protection - don't mess it up. We aint challenging that. No way !
