Lima Tango - Part Three
A Very Special Children’s Flight
In 1994 on the 50th anniversary of the raid, the aircraft again was flown back to RAF Scampton for a special children’s flight.
The Lincolnshire Cabin Crew fund raised to enable the flight to take place.
..Lima Tango was joined en route by the Red Arrows at RAF Cranwell to fly over the city for another photo shoot.
In the afternoon the children were flown from RAF Scampton over the North Sea to return for a live ‘Songs of Praise’
