@mercari_app your customer service is awful. Sellers if you use UPS to ship they will not track it or let you open a claim without mercari’s UPS account number and Mercari won’t file a claim on your behalf so if you ship a $1000 item and ups loses it you have ZERO recourse

@BurgerKing last night on top of missing a medium fry and a medium onion ring, I was given a crispy chicken Jr. patty on what was supposed to be a regular crispy chicken. On 4 sandwiches! $12 for 4 dollar chickens :(

@Krystal kissimmee fl location today we found not one but two hairs in 2 different burgers. Man carried the tray to our table and the hairs were right there. 2 black thick hairs. Cant go back there now.
