as an avid hyper enjoyer and main i was someone who advocated for the rebalancing of his ult
he was lowk wayyy too op 3 shots can basically take out a whole team and sway the rest of the fight for a whole match and he can get this 2-3 times a match consistently

really like how aidn did not completely gut the move or rework it fully so heavy props to him for keeping the same idea of the move
this change will probably be a lot more healthier for the games balance i think the negative reaction is mostly due to how diff it is
