This is my current broadband plan.

If you make Starlink cheaper than this, which is 6 USD per month for unlimited 100 MBPS broadband then I will definitely switch to Starlink.

I don’t give a fuck about Jio or Airtel, it’s all about price and quality.

Jio: ₹399/month. Starlink’s price ₹8,600/month.

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva why is it still unnoticed?

[Lakshmi @Lakshmi_D_N]

A boy said he went to Kalyan railway station in Maharashtra to drop his family off for their train. The train was originally scheduled to leave at 12 noon, but later they were told it would arrive at 2 PM.

He had bought a platform ticket and waited with his family. However, the train kept getting delayed. Around 5 PM, when he was helping his family board the train and was about to leave, a TTE stopped him and asked for his platform ticket.

He showed the ticket, but the TTE told him that a platform ticket is valid only for 2 hours. Since more than 2 hours had passed, he was fined ₹500.

The boy then raised a simple question: if the train was delayed for several hours because of the railway, why should the passenger be held responsible for staying at the station?

He had purchased a valid platform ticket and was only there to drop his family.

If the delay was caused by the railway, shouldn’t there be some consideration for passengers and their families who are forced to wait longer?

It raises a genuine question about whether passengers should be fined when they remain at the station because of a railway delay.

If you’re a man

and your father has already built a house, bought a car, invested in property, and saved some gold for the family, trust me, you’re already way ahead in life.

Because for someone else, buying their family’s first car, building their first house, or making their first property investment is still a dream.

Sometimes, you don’t realize how much of a head start you’ve been given.

And the reason I wrote "Man" here bcz society has more expectation from men rather than a women.

Thank god the Fortuner costs half a crore.

If Toyota had priced it at ₹20-25 lakh, it would have been everywhere by now.

Driven by everyone, parked outside every wedding, and slowly stripped of the aura that still makes people turn their heads.

That high pricing is what kept it a statement imo.

🚨 Update: Today I received a call and WhatsApp message from the Claims Head confirming that my claim has been approved under RTI and that the Claim Service Assistant will get in touch for the further process.

I was also asked to delete my previous post. I respectfully declined and said I would consider it once the claim is actually settled.

Until yesterday, I was being told that RTI was not applicable and that the vehicle could be repaired for almost half the authorised service centre’s estimate. After one public escalation, the position has changed.

I never wanted this to reach a public platform, but I felt I had no other option. I’ll keep everyone updated as the process progresses.

For now, I’m hopeful for a smooth and transparent closure.

[Yash Raj @yashrajjhawar7]

I am extremely disappointed and emotionally exhausted by the way my car insurance claim is being handled by @ICICILombard.

What should have been a straightforward insurance claim has turned into a deeply stressful experience involving contradictory assessments, salvage, auction and questions surrounding my RTI cover.

I had specifically purchased Return to Invoice (RTI) Cover under my motor insurance policy and paid an additional premium for it.

The policy IDV is ₹9,07,980, while the original vehicle invoice value was ₹11,34,999 plus applicable road tax.

So naturally, I expected the RTI cover to provide meaningful protection if the vehicle suffered a qualifying total loss.

After the accident, the authorised manufacturer service centre assessed the repair requirement and issued a detailed estimate of ₹15,05,259.

I was subsequently informed that the vehicle was being treated as a Total Loss and would be dealt with as salvage.

At that point, I believed the claim was being processed accordingly.

But then things became extremely confusing.

The vehicle was apparently listed for auction as salvage. I even have an Instagram reel showing the auction announcement/listing, which I can provide as evidence.

My question is simple:

If the vehicle was genuinely repairable, why was it treated as salvage and why was it put up for auction?

There is more.

The same claim manager later contacted me and called me to the insurer’s office, where I was told that the vehicle could apparently be repaired for roughly half of the authorised service centre’s estimate.

I was also previously asked for the foreclosure statement of the loan on the damaged vehicle.

Why was the foreclosure statement being sought if the claim position was subsequently going to be that the vehicle was repairable?

I was also told that authorised service centres may intentionally inflate repair estimates and may even cause additional damage to vehicles.

If this allegation is being relied upon to reduce my claim, where is the technical/documentary evidence?

I want the surveyor’s report, assessment, item-wise repair comparison, deductions and the technical basis for the revised assessment.

Most importantly, I have been told that my RTI cover will not apply.

I want a clear written answer:

If RTI is genuinely inapplicable, which exact policy clause says so, and what factual condition has not been satisfied?

And is the RTI being questioned because the potential RTI settlement could exceed the current IDV?

If not, please explain the exact contractual basis.

The sequence is extremely difficult for a customer to understand:

Total Loss → Salvage → Auction listing → Foreclosure statement requested → Suddenly repairable → RTI questioned/denied.

I am not asking for special treatment.

I am asking for transparency, accountability, documentary evidence and a fair, reasoned claim decision.

This entire process has caused enormous mental stress and suffering.

@ICICILombard, please answer these questions publicly and transparently. @jagograhakjago
