@greateranglia I thought I’d paid for the 3pm from Norwich-Chelmsford but ticket states 2pm train only. I’ve now paid another £22 for a ticket to Ipswich (original was split in2 and the part from Ipswich-Chelmsford is Anytime) How can I now get a refund for the 2pm ticket? Thx
