@Pumpkinjerk I was wondering how much you guys got out that way. Was seeing upwards of 7" in Edmonton. Can't remember exactly but we were around that 3" mark last year also.
@giantsquash Oh my. Ran the temp at 430°. Cheated by having a meat temp. It worked out perfectly at 1hr. Had never ran the coals all the way around. Thank you.
@Pumpkinjerk We have warning's of a foot of snow tomorrow, followed by snow all week. I'm hoping I can even walk in the patch late April early May. The learning curve is hard. I need at least a makeshift greenhouse. My hoophouse's all collapsed this winter.
@Pumpkinjerk I'm ok with it along as we have a warmer summer, we need the moisture. Looking at the graphs on my thermometer we had one night last summer that was in the double digits. A lot of 2-3° nights.
@ADoseofBuckley@smrtdeath It's actually a really fascinating story and read if you know or use the operating system SAP. It was essentially them choosing to use SAP is what caused them to fail. Our company switched to SAP around the same time and went through similar struggles.
