I really hope that you do mean when you say "we regret".. The pattern is unbreakable I suppose. You want me to give details of issue again ? That exactly is the point that your customer care is not allowing me to raise a ticket nor allowing me to speak to any senior.

Just FYR @Lenovo_in The so called "sometime" and "ASAP" is still continuing with "NO CALL BACK" whatsoever. Apparently it doesn't seem to be your problem. As a customer it is more traumatising to hear that one can't raise any concern to higher level except call centre.

@AARahimdyfi This Embassy and our High Commission in Abuja are closely working with authorities of Equatorial Guinea and Nigeria for the early release of crew members of MV Heroic Idun.
All crew members are safe and those in the Detention Centre have been shifted to the ship.
