@virginmedia customer service is the strangest I’ve ever encountered… discussing the renewal of contract with a staff member on WhatsApp account and twice I’ve had to wait till they have gone for a break all whilst expecting me to agree to a contract which has the wrong price!!

@virginmedia I have been speaking to someone for the last 6 hours trying to sort a new contract out and they have told me they are going for a break whilst we are in the middle of discussing the contract, already been disconnected and had to start all over again

@virginmedia Yeah if you can actually get through on the phone... understand due to covid call centres are running with limited staff however I’ve called 7 times and waited over 1 hour each time, on hold now and have been for 40mins!
