As much as I love to categorize things, I do hate labeling my own identities. So I lament that I sometimes word things to my friends like "I hate labels, but you know, some people might say I have properties similar to X"
My friend sent me a steam message asking me to vote for some game team. But then he talked back when I accused him of being a bot, and for the next 10 minutes I thought he was a chat GPT scam bot
@ExcaliburMorga1@lumie_lumie Unless you're a big spender, you should wait for a DPS on the same tier as Ganyu/HuTao. For this abyss, maybe your carries need more investment. If you're stuck on the lectors, Bennett with 4 Thundering Fury can shred their shields.
@ExcaliburMorga1@lumie_lumie Also, she is selfish, squishy, and close-range, making Zhongli mandatory in this (and supposedly next) abyss.
She is situationally better against enemies with a fixed aura. And she could be better if you have a 5-star catalyst. Her new weapon is about as good as solar pearl.
@ItsGamerDoc XCOM 2, DOS 2, MHW, and Persona 5 all have 100+ hours of content. You can't go wrong with any of them.
If you want something even more grindy, I think you'd have to try an MMO or gacha game.
A few eponymous algorithms have such a "Well, duh!" feeling--Kruskal’s, Bresenham's--that I wonder if could travel back in time and snatch one for myself. Maybe bubble sort?
@arkem That protocol does not have to be proof of work. It can be proof of stake or something else (Stellar). That being said, I've only heard of NFTs built on Etherium (ERC-721 or ERC-1155), which is PoW. No clue why NFTs are blowing up, maybe that's just crypto in general? (2/2)
@arkem Not an expert on NFTs, but I took a class on decentralized security, so I'll chime in. I don't know of a widely accepted formal definition, but I would say it is a type of cryptocurrency, and thus ownership must be determined by a decentralized cryptographic protocol (1/2)
@RiotK3o @7VXJJER Seems like it would be difficult to catch someone using a bot, unless they're closely following a public implementation.
Cracking collusion sounds interesting though, I'm guessing graph analysis.
