@CoffeeAndGinger @PDSA_HQ I had a similar experience with pdsa it was all down to the spelling of my cats name as to why I couldn't find her on their system. They had it down as moneys rather than monies but they managed to rectify the issue within 24 hours. Hopefully you get it all sorted ASAP
