@CitiAustralia @AUSParalympics Citibank Osko payment is a joke, nothing but instant payment like other banks, each of my so called instant payment to Citibank account takes more than three days to clear. Called multiple times & no resolution, hopeless
@13cabs I lodged three queries in regards my recent booking for a silver service through their app with guaranteed fare. The “guaranteed fare” was reversed and higher fare charged, ticket number 532006, 532249 and 535985… three weeks on, no response after 3 weeks.. should’ve used Uber!!
