While @bookworm_Kris does not need any reasons to visit, I got to know of one that is urging me to do it sooner.

1/ There's this super interesting performing arts festival happening this weekend in Bangalore.
And (one of) the coolest bits?
It's spread out all over Bangalore -
and ALL the venues are connected by the metro! 🚅
All the venues are ~20 mins walk from the green Line metro!
These seem like 10-11 random headlines. No visible connection or common theme.
Yet, every week many folks open my email on the Monday morning.
This is the power of curation, of taste. I'm collecting a tribe of folks who are curious for no other reason.
Join, if you're one.
@finshots is so on time and on point in bringing a super easy explainer on a topic of current interest. Just yesterday we were discussing this news and I was wondering what does it really mean. Now I know a bit more.

Buying appliances is such a seamless experience online. Getting them installed is such a painful follow-up! :(
Retailer, brand, appliance - does not matter. Installation is just sheer painful process! :(
Indian OTT apps have picked up all the bad aspect of IAP to improve their monetisation!
Eg casting in Sony liv is made such a painful experience between the ads and confusing UX.
Those ads on BMTC buses are making them the most ugly looking sight on the road.
Extra bucks help keeping the tickets prices down, but there should be some limits on such things :(
I have heard of many cafe chains (coffee shops, chai sutta bars etc) that are born out of non-metro towns and spreading fast in T2/T3/T4 towns.
But hardly any restaurants, even QSRs that have been able to do this in those cities.
What could be the reason?

Wondering why we started?
As movie buffs, we've always wanted a service like this—something that could suggest one movie a day! 😁
In Indore, clean city has also meant you can spot footpaths along most major roads. Somehow they are existent but invisible in most other places.
How does this magic work?
In good ol days, shops had boards with complete addresses and that’s how you knew addresses.
Now, nobody does this. How do you know the name of town that you are passing by!
