Was currently on hold for 1 hour and 12 minutes just for the representative to answer and end the call. This is absolutely unacceptable! My questions still are unanswered! @ComEd

@ComEd Initially, I talked to a rep who was transferring me to the solar panel department. When they finally responded that Rep ended the call. I can’t sit for over another hour. The issue I’m calling about is a repetitive concern that is an error almost every other month.
