We will skip the buzzwords and have an honest conversation about the trade-offs between yield, safety, and composability.
With which questions should I torture the panelists this time?
Ever notice how easy it is to get inspired…
but how hard it is to stay consistent?
That’s because inspiration is emotional.
Discipline is built.
Most people rely on motivation.
Disciplined people rely on systems.
Here are 3 habits that make discipline automatic:
1. Set up your calendar
If it’s not scheduled, it’s optional.
Your calendar should reflect your priorities, not just your meetings.
Block time for what matters and protect it.
2. Decide in advance
Discipline isn’t about winning a daily argument with yourself.
It’s about removing the argument entirely.
Decide once: when you’ll work, train, rest and follow the rule.
3. Track actions, not intentions
Planning feels productive.
Tracking creates accountability.
What you measure improves - what you ignore repeats.
Stop chasing inspiration.
Build rules.
Build systems.
Today is my birthday.
While most people are out partying, I’m doing something quieter - writing things down, looking back at the past year, and planning the one ahead.
Am I content ? Weeeeeell look at the charts, guys, ahaha, and you will have the answer
Ofc everything could be better but I am truly grateful for my path. Traveling around world, growing @Cryptic_Web3 together with a team I love and learning spanish as a 4th language.
This year taught me that growth isn’t always loud. Sometimes it looks like choosing peace over noise, learning when to let go and understanding that not everything needs a reaction. I learned that time is the most honest teacher, and consistency matters more than motivation.
I’m grateful for the lessons, even the uncomfortable ones. They shaped me more than the celebrations ever could.
Another year older, a little wiser, and much clearer about what I want to protect - my time, my energy and my purpose.
Guess how old I am now?
Today I had a great conversation ( even though @XSpaces glitched as hell) with @petr_martynov Head Of Growth At @Morningstar_VC, @jeffreylabs Investment Analyst @RedBeardVC and @realDanEvseev, Managing Partner at @OversubscribedC about a question we hear all the time: are tokens replacing equity?
The honest answer is no, but ownership is changing.
Equity still means clear rights and cash flows.
Tokens are about networks, incentives, and community.
One thing we all agreed on: crypto’s real breakthrough was fundraising. It showed that founders can raise money globally, without borders or gatekeepers.
It wasn’t perfect or efficient, but it worked.
Now the space is growing up.
Projects are separating equity cap tables from token tables to keep incentives clear.
Investors want exposure to both, because no one can predict what wins.
#Tokenisation is becoming a real priority, even in #TradFi
But equity isn’t going anywhere.
The #Web3 future isn’t anti-equity-VC.
It’s anti-passive capital and pro real value.
