दिल्ली में पिछले साल एक लाइब्रेरी में पानी भरने से चार छात्रों की मृत्यु हो गई थी, इस साल एक पीजी की छत गिरने से चार चार छात्रों की मृत्यु हो गई है। संख्या अभी और बढ़ भी सकती है। ऐसे ही लखनऊ की एक कोचिंग में आग लगने से कई लोगों की मृत्यु हो गई थी।

कोचिंग, लाइब्रेरी, पीजी या हॉस्टल ये सब ऐसी जगहे हैं जहां हमेशा एक साथ कई लोग रहते हैं और इसलिए इन जगहों की समय समय पर प्रॉपर जांच होती रहती है। दिल्ली में तो PG चलाने के लिए आपको तरह तरह के पेपर वर्क करने पड़ते होंगे, तमाम जांच होती होगी, फिर किसी को उस छत या बिल्डिंग की स्थिति के बारे में पता कैसे नहीं चला?

क्योंकि जो भी पेपर वर्क होना होता है, वह सब गांधी जी वाला पेपर देके करवा लिया जाता है, या फिर इनके owner किसी नेता के रिश्तेदार होते हैं या फिर बड़े अधिकारी क���!!

खैर आप ऐसे ही जान देते रहिए, आपको तो ऐसे ही मरते रहना है, कहीं स्कूल की छत गिरने से मरेंगे, कहीं पुल गिरने से, कहीं पटरी से ट्रेन उतरने से, कहीं आग में झुलसकर तो कहीं नाले में गिरकर। क्योंकि इन सबके लिए जो नेता जिम्मेदार होते हैं उनमें आपको अपने बाप नजर आते हैं।

A PG building collapsed, and now they are claiming it was 50 to 60 years old while the owner is on the run. The reality is that 90% of PGs in Delhi have been running in even worse conditions then this, charging students 10000 to 15000 rupees a month for these death traps.
