The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in locating an at-risk missing person. The MP is 46-year-old Ruby Mani. Rubi is 5'2, 140 lbs, with black hair and blue eyes. Ruby was last seen on July 22 around 10 p.m. near El Camino Ave and Colfax St, wearing a blue shirt and grey shorts. Ruby is considered at-risk due to mental health condition.

About 1:15 A.M. Tuesday, crews from the Sacramento Fire Department responded for reports of a commercial structure fire in the 2100 block of J Street. As Engine 2 arrived scene, they reported seeing no fire, but did see smoke in the structure, according to fire radio traffic.

As they initiated a fire attack and made access into the building, they found a working fire in a kitchen on the second floor, according to radio reports.

Crews quickly extinguished the blaze, saving the structure, which comprised several local small businesses and eateries.

Crews were on the scene for over two hours with overhaul and cleanup. An investigation is underway, and no injuries were reported.

No further details were immediately available.
