Sharing my favorite moment(s) from every OU senior. Today is Nicole May. Nicole is the most underrated and under appreciated (to some) player in the history of OU softball. Period. When I think of Nicole May, I think of super regionals 2021 vs. Washington. It was the first softball game EVER to be on ABC. It was the first year for the home run village. The Sooners were facing a very tough Husky squad, and Patty went with the freshman Nicole May, and she delivered. Time and time again, she has saved the day. Wichita State 2021. OSU 2021. Texas 2021. JMU 2021. And that was just her freshman year. She has never gotten the full credit she deserves and no OU player deserves flowers more than her. She is the epitome of loyalty. Calm, cool, collected and cold… that’s Nicole May.
