@StarHealthIns This is regarding policy no. 11230216448803. My father’s planned admission at Apollo Multispeciality Hospital, Kolkata is being denied a Deluxe room. The hospital says Star doesn’t allow it for your policyholders despite my top-up for any room category. Why suffer?

@ICICILombard ICICI appointed renewal agent just tried to defraud me by offering me a “renewal discount” — he actually had removed add ons from the policy without informing me while claiming that it was a “discount”. Policy was bought through @BeshakIN@themahavir
Hi @ICICILombard When will you fix your glitchy app? I am trying to see how much I need to pay for the order and whenever I click on Pay at Pickup it takes me to a blank page. It is so difficult to get things done in your app! I had complained in July about the same error!
@ICICILombard I am trying to renew my policy and avail the NRI discount advertised on your website but your customer support has no idea about it. Is the NRI discount a false advertisement?
