Developing and designing an exciting new scheme between the three Emergency Services for people with conditions such as Dementia or Alzheimer's for April 19
Unfortunately the poster @999ReUnite has been published a bit too early and NO referrals can be made through the NHS at this stage, we are working closely with them but have to wait until the Covid19 situation is resolved. Please contact us directly for more info. Apologies.
As you know, we help loved ones with Dementia, Alzheimer's or other mental health condition return home quickly & safely. Please ask your local shops, GP's & businesses if they could display our poster in their windows or social media channels.
We had another fantastic result this week, by returning a loved one home before family even knew they had left๐๐๐@999ReUnite @BlackpoolPolice @LancsPolice@CFSP_Wyre

@BlackpoolPolice @LancashireFRS@NWAmbulance Absolutely blown away with the positive comments from everybody #amazing Just remember any member of the public with an NFC enabled phone can read the wristbands and ring the numbers provided, thereby reducing the impact on frontline services๐๐
@CCARhodes @CFSP_Wyre@NWAmbCharity@LancsPolice Thank you Sir, its been a long process. I have had fantastic support from my supervision right up to SMT, including comms staff, Fire and NWAS over the last 2 years developing this scheme and I am determined to make it a success to help vulnerable members of the community๐
@999ReUnite@CFSP_Wyre@NWAmbCharity@LancsPolice @CCARhodes This is great. Iโm sending to my friends mum who is a nurse in poulton. Her mother had dementia so they know how worrying it can be.
Well done ๐๐ป
