Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is disconnect. Step away from the noise, give your mind room to breathe, and allow yourself the time to heal, grow, and rediscover the peace that fuels your well-being.
No matter where you are, live in the moment. Life is too short to wait for perfect situations that may never come. Breathe deeply, love bravely, and choose the things that make your heart feel alive today, you may not get a chance tomorrow.
Your assignment is too important to get sidetracked fighting battles that don't matter. Ask yourself, if you win that battle, what is it going to accomplish? Be selective in how you spend your time and energy. Sometimes the answer is simply walking away.
Make room for what you're praying for.
Get rid of cycles that will not favour your coming blessing(s).
When you entertain what is not from God, you postpone what is. 🫶🏾🫡
SHOW UP when you don’t FEEL like it
That’s where CHAMPIONS are BUILT
DISCIPLINE is GREATER than DESIRE
Progress is STRONGER than EXCUSES
The WORLD crowns THOSE who KEEP MOVING when others STOP
-SHOW UP tired
-SHOW UP unmotivated
-SHOW UP anyway
That’s HOW you WIN.
“EVERYONE has a PLAN until they get PUNCHED in the MOUTH.”
That’s life.
STRENGTH isn’t in AVOIDING punches
It’s in STANDING after them.
Build your MENTALITY.
Without it, SUCCESS will break you in ONE ROUND.
People know your name, not your story. They've heard what you've done, but not what you've been through. So take their opinions of you with a grain of salt. In the end, it's not what others think of you but what you think of yourself that counts.
Sometimes the things we go through aren’t really burdens or trails, it’s Gods way of using you to show others that mountains can be moved. Keep fighting, be thankful, you are someone’s inspiration.
Give yourself grace, you're human.
You'll have days when you feel great. On the days you don't, that's ok. You are still capable. Just focus on the progress you are making!
Every rejection is a chance to improve, build, even create something better. Don’t just look at it as failure, but an opportunity to be better mentally, physically, emotionally and overall. That’s the post…
Remember to BE PATIENT on your health journey!
STOP comparing yourself to others.
Keep showing up.
Keep making good decisions.
Your only reference is old you, not others.
